Cleaning  

3.1 

FP 430 Ex S-41/38 FOOD 

>  Pull the mains plug and shut off the compressed air, respectively, and disconnect 

the supply. 

>  Loosen the union nut (connection between motor and pump). 
>  Take the motor off the pump. 

 

 

Attention! 

  Never store the motor in areas in which corrosive vapours exist. 

 

3.2 

Disassembly of pump FP 430 Ex S-41/38 FOOD for cleaning 

>  Pull out the inner tube 
>  Clean items or components with appropriate detergents.  
>  Observe internal operating instructions.  

 

The assembly is done in reverse order 
 

3.3 

Disassembly of pump FP 427 S-43/38 FOOD for cleaning 

>  Unscrew the foot piece (1) (mind the left-hand thread). 

 

 

 

 

>  Unscrew the impeller (2) and push out the shaft (3) together with the coupling  

cage and the ball bearing (4). 
 

 

 

 
>   To this end, use an appropriate screwdriver to hold the shaft (5). 
 

 

 

>  If the bearing detaches first, screw the impeller back onto the shaft and screw 

the shaft back into the bearing a few turns. 

>  Give the impeller a light blow to push the bearing up and out; unscrew it and  

pull it out of the inner tube. 

>  Pull the shaft out of the inner tube together with the impeller. 
>  Unscrew the impeller.
