Notice the power-on sequence of lights as the unit performs a self-
test.
All lights blink on, then off.
In sequence, the individual lights turn on-off, from left to
right.
Finally, the lights remain on or off in accordance with the
amount of voltage and current applied. (Since you haven’t yet
connected to current, lights remain on only for voltage.)
Risk of electric shock, do not remove cover.
Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
