5.4. Daily Maintenance 

The following must be completed daily with the unit switched 

OFF

. 

1.  Check condition of inlet water filter & element. Clean or replace. (Flowplant part no. 

N05105) 

Unscrew the bowl to remove the mesh (Flowplant part no. N06021). Take precautions 

so as not to lose the sealing ring (Flowplant part no. N05108).

2.  Visually  inspect  all  hoses  for  signs  of  chaffing  or  leaks.  Report  any  damage 

immediately to supervisor or manager. 

 

With the machine running: 

3.  Make further inspection for  leaks. If a leak is observed, shut down immediately and 

report the leak to a supervisor or manager.
