User Manual - Flow Fitness PERFORM S3i - 57

Use

The iConsole will appear under the section ‘equiptment

discovered’. Now select the bike or elliptical icon depending on

your Flow Fitness iConsole equiptment.

Now you are able to name your equipment. After naming the

equipment you can press save in the top right corner.

You can now start training on one of the many Kinomap Fitness video’s.

For Android devices

Go to the your smartphone or tablet settings and turn bluetooth on.

Start the

ICONSOLE

App.

When the two devices are connected the computer of the Perform S3i will automatically turn off.

Open the Kinomap Fitness app and make a profile containing the Perform S3i equipment. You only need to do this step once.
