Flow Fitness recommends that the bolts and nuts of the pivot points be checked every six weeks and tightened if necessary. Use the tools supplied with the
product.
Also wipe any sweat from all parts after every workout. This prevents the sweat from causing circles or even corrosion.
Clean metal and plastic parts with standard cleaning products after every training session. However, make sure that all parts are completely dry before they
are used again.
Before using the elliptical cross trainer it is important to properly lubricate the rails with the supplied lubricant. Repeat the lubrication of the rails
once every three months.
To prevent unnecessary wear, this product can only be used inhouse and in a dry environment.
