P5 Fitness test
The fitness test is a test to see how for your able to run in 12 minutes. To start a
FITNESS TEST (P5) press the
PROGRAM
button on the keypad five times and follow
the next steps:
1.
Set your weight with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys and confirm with
ENTER
.
2.
Set your age with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys and confirm with
ENTER
.
3.
Select your gender with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys, male and female
will be displayed by icons in the display. Confirm your gender with
ENTER
.
4.
Set the starting speed with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys and confirm
with
ENTER
.
5.
Press
START
to begin the fitness test.
6.
Keep running until the time has counted down form 12 minutes to 0. You are able
to adjust the speed with
SPEED
pq
keys, the incline is not available during the
test.
7.
You result will displayed; VERY GOOD, GOOD, AVARAGE, BAD, VERY BAD.
P6 User program
With a user program you can create your own program. You can save up to 2
CUSTOM programs. To create and start a USER CUSTOM PROGRAM (P6) press the
PROGRAM
button on the keypad six times and follow the next steps:
1.
Select the CUSTOM (1 or 2) program with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys
and confirm with
ENTER
.
2.
Set your weight with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys and confirm with
ENTER
.
3.
The training session is divided into 20 sections displayed with BARS. For each of
the 20 BARS you are able to preset the incline and speed level. Press
INCLINE
pq
keys to select the incline value and the
SPEED
pq
keys to select the speed
value, confirm with the
ENTER
.
4.
Now set the duration of the section with the
INCLINE
pq
or
SPEED
pq
keys
and confirm with
ENTER
.
5.
Repeat step 3 and 4, or start the training session with the entered sections.
6.
Press
START
to begin your training session.
The speed and incline will change automatically to your preset values. The training
sessions is finished when the target time reach zero.
