Limited Warranty
FLIGHT SOUNDS warrants for one year from date of purchase that the
device is free from defects in material and workmanship. If a Buyer
discovers a defect, they should contact FLIGHT SOUNDS via email to
arrange and/or discuss warranty options. Under warranty, the product
will be repaired or replaced (at FLIGHT SOUNDS discretion) free of
charge. The Buyer will be responsible for freighting the device to
FLIGHT SOUNDS.
Warranty Conditions:
FLIGHT SOUNDS does not warrant against
normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or alterations,
improper use, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence,
damage, or if the device is used for a purpose for which it was not
designed. A proof of purchase (such as invoice or receipt) is to be
provided and all repair work is to be performed by FLIGHT SOUNDS
personnel.
