How to change RS232/485/422: 

 

You can find 4 JUMPER on the board, named JP4, JP5, 

JP6 and JP7. If you use one shorting bar to connect Pin1 and 

Pin2, you get RS485/422 mode. If you connect Pin2 and Pin3, 

you get RS232 mode.
