OPERATION
WARNING:
Do not allow familiarity with worklights to
make you careless. Remember that a careless
fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict
serious injury.
WARNING:
Do not use any attachments or accessories not
recommended by the manufacturer of this
worklight. The use of attachments or accessories
not recommended can result in serious personal
injury.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Battery for this worklight is shipped in a low charge
condition to prevent possible problems. Therefore,
you should charge the battery for a minimum of 10
hours.
TO CHARGE
Charge the battery pack only with the
recommended adaptor.
See « FEATURES » section on page 5.
Connect adaptor to the proper power supply.
Turn off the light.
After normal usage, minimum 10 hours of
charging time is required to be fully charged.
Do not place the FLXFLOOD7.5K-B in an area
of extreme heat or cold. It works best at normal
room temperature.
When the batteries become fully charged, unplug
the charger from the power supply.
The charger will cut off automatically if battery is
fully charged.
WARNING:
Keep the charger and the worklight out of
reach of children.
WARNING:
Do not try to open charger or worklight. No parts
can be changed by user. To replace battery, return
worklight and charger to authorized service center.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
RECHARGING A HOT WORKLIGHT
When using the worklight continuously, the
batteries in the battery pack will become hot. You
should let a hot battery pack cool down for
approximately 30 minutes before attempting to
recharge.
NOTE:
Refer to
“CHARGING THE BATTERY”
for normal recharging of batteries. If the charger
does not charge your battery pack under normal
circumstances, return both the battery pack and
charger to your nearest repair center for electrical
check. For the location of your nearest repair center,
please call 1-866-854-1411.
Use the toggle switches on the sides of the lamp:
TO TURN WORKLIGHT ON:
toggle switches.
INTENSITY AT 100%
:
operate both switches.
INTENSITY AT 50%:
operate only one switch.
TURN OFF :
put the two switches to their central position.
