WARRANTY CONDITION
The commercial guarantee of Flexiheat UK ensures the normal functioning of the products manufactured ,
in accordance with the following conditions and deadlines:
This commercial guarantee is valid within the following deadlines from the date of commissioning:
2 Years for electrical and hydraulic elements pumps, valves, etc.
5 years for the boiler bodies.
5 Years for the DHW tank
For the period of 2 years from the date of commissioning,
This warranty is parts only.
2. Annual maintenance is not included in the terms of this warranty.
3. Commissioning and annual maintenance must be done by qualified personnel
4. The commercial guarantee would be voided when:The boiler has not been installed respecting the laws and
regulations in force in the matter.The commissioning of these electric boilers was not carried out immediately
after the installation of the boiler,by fully qualified personnel.Annual maintenance has not been performed by
qualified personnel. Failures caused by misuse or improper installation, power or energy are excluded from
this warranty e.g power suppply not suitable, breakdowns produced by feed water with physical characteristics-
chemicals such as embedding or corroding, improper handling of the device and in general by any reason beyond
Flexiheat UK control .This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the
provisions of the law
