4. The system is now in the Water / Syrup

Flush mode. To perform the Water / Syrup
Flush to clear out a flavor line, see
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE “Clean-In-
Place Proce

dure”. If the syrup is a soft

serve syrup (trays 1-

4), perform “Phase 2A”.

If it is frozen beverage syrup (trays 5-8),
perform “Phase 2B”.

Accessing the Prime Syrup Pump Mode

When switching out flavors or if the syrup has
not been used in awhile, prime the syrup line so
that it is ready with fresh syrup. The Prime
Syrup Pump Mode allows the individual pumps
to pump only syrup through the line without
dispensing base product. This mode is also
used at the end of the Clean-In-Place
Procedure.

NOTE:

WHEN SWITCHING OUT ONE

FLAVOR FOR A DIFFERENT FLAVOR IN THE
SAME TRAY, BE SURE TO CLEAN OUT THE
SYRUP LINE FIRST AS DETAILED IN THE
PREVIOUS SECTION “ACCESSING THE
WATER / SYRUP FLUSH MODE”.

1. From the main menu screen, press the

SETUP key in the upper left corner. Enter
the password if required.

2. Press the SPOUT A MAINTENANCE key

(or SPOUT B MAINTENANCE if the syrup
dispenses from Spout B).

3. Press the PRIME SYRUP PUMP key.

4. Place a container under the Injector /

Blending Head spout. Select the flavor /
pump for priming and syrup will begin to
flow. Press the key again to stop the syrup
flow.

5. Press the INJECTOR FLUSH key to

sanitize the Injector / Blending Head.

6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for any other flavors

that need to be primed from the spout.
Repeat Steps 1-5 if priming syrup lines that
dispense from the opposite spout.
