Pair/Connect your phone with Bluetooth carkit
4.3.1
Pair your phone with Bluetooth carkit
Before making and answering calls, you must pair your handsfree with your Bluetooth phone.
Detailed operation procedures are as follows:
1.
Click the jog wheel and select
Bluetooth > New phone
.
2.
Enter the PIN you want to attach to the phone and then carkit enters pair mode.
3.
From your mobile phone, search for Bluetooth peripherals. Refer to your phone user guide for more
information. The list of the available Bluetooth peripherals is displayed.
4.
Select BC9000 in the device list on your mobile phone.
5.
Enter passkey “0000”and confirm to pair the carkit with your phone
Once your phone is paired to the BC9000, the BC9000 will connect your phone automatically.

Disconnect your phone with Bluetooth carkit
When your phone is currently connecting with Bluetooth carkit (or in the connected mode), you can disconnect
them by clicking
or
the jog wheel and select
Bluetooth > Disconnect
