The Party offering the Warranty guarantees to the Buyer that the NOVAMA device, which is covered by this Warranty, was
designed and manufactured in accordance with high quality standards and with good-quality equipment; also that it is
free of defects in materials and workmanship that may interfere with its correct operation. In case of defects, damage
and failures found during the warranty period, the Party offering the Warranty will repair the device free of charge or will
replace it free of charge with a new device as soon as possible and within 14 days.

Warranty Type
This Warranty grants the Buyer the right to use a “door to door” warranty, which entails that the device that the redress
refers to shall be picked up free of charge from the Buyer by a courier, repaired free of charge and re-delivered to the
same place free of charge.
Warranty Period

Device (compressor): 5 years or lifetime warranty for domestic users following registration on the Website: www.
novama.pl/gwarancja.
●
The warranty does not cover the accessories.
●
The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, evidenced by proof of purchase, which must be attached to the war-
ranty form.
●
This Warranty applies to Poland.
Procedure in case of detection of a defect
To take advantage of the “door to door” Warranty, it is necessary to contact the Remote Assistance or Technical Support
within 14 days from the detection of the defect to obtain assistance and, if necessary, to start the “door to door” redress
procedure. The redress procedure is as follows.
