Folding the Machine:

The rowing machine can be folded when not in use.

1. Unscrew the

Large Knob (2)

, and the

Flat Washer (35)

Safety note

: The seat will glide down the

Slide Rail (22)

when folding.

2. Hold the seat and fold the

Slide Rail (22)

up. Lower the seat all the way down.

3. Insert the

Large Knob (2)

and

Flat Washer (35)

into the aligned holes in the

Slide

Rail (22)

and tighten.
