Problem
Cause
Solution
The treadmill does not start
Not plugged in.
Plug the cable into the mains socket.
Safety key is not inserted.
Insert the safety key.
The treadmill is not centred
The ribbon tension is not correct on
the left or right side.
Tighten the adjusting screws on the left and
right side of the rear roller.
Display does not work
Display and control board cables are
not properly connected.
Check the cable connections from the
computer to the control board.
Transformer is damaged.
Please contact customer service.
E01 or E13: Message failure
The cables of the computer and
the lower control board are not
connected properly.
Check the cable connections from the
computer to the control board. If the cable
has been punctured or damaged, it must be
replaced.
E02: Protection against
burst shocks
The input voltage is less than 50% of
the required voltage.
Check that the input voltage is correct.
Check control board, replace if damaged.
Check motor, replace if damaged.
E05: Protection against
current overload (self-
protection system)
The input voltage is too low or too
high. The control board is damaged.
Restart the treadmill.
Check the input voltage to make sure it is
correct.
A moving part of the treadmill is
jammed and the motor cannot rotate
properly.
Inspect the moving parts of the treadmill.
Check the motor, listen for unusual noises
and check for a burning smell. Replace the
motor if necessary.
Check the control board, replace if damaged.
Lubricate the treadmill.
E06: Motor anomaly
The motor cable is not connected or
the motor is damaged.
Check the motor cables to see if it is
connected. If the cable is punctured or
damaged, it must be replaced. If the problem
is not solved, the motor may need to be
replaced.
VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT
A loose belt will cause the skid to slip during running, while a belt that is too tight will decrease the performance of the
motors and also create more friction between the roller and the belts. The most suitable tension for the belts is 50 to
75 mm from the bearing table.
NOTE:
Frequently clean any objects or dust that may fall on the belt.
To tighten the belt turn the left and right side adjustment bolts one full turn
clockwise, check the belt tension. Continue this process until the strap is at
the correct tension. Be sure to adjust both sides equally to ensure correct belt
alignment.
