For this reason the battery symbol indicator shows the
charge remaining as a percentage of the full
charge level
and not the remaining operating time.
Battery care:
Your mobile contains sophisticated technology and a
top quality battery and so does not require you to take
specific care of the battery while you use it (there is no
memory effect leading to loss of capacity). You can
recharge the device even after just a short period of
use. Equally, you can use the device until the battery
is fully discharged and the mobile switches itself off
automatically. The electronic safety features ensure
that a total discharge, which would damage the bat-
tery, is not possible. Recharge a fully discharged bat-
tery for at least 15 minutes before making any further
calls, so that your next call will not be interrupted.
Please note that the battery is a consumable compo-
nent of the mobile phone and is not covered by the
warranty. Even the capacity of a top quality battery,
such as the one used here, will of course diminish in
time.
