Pull the pad through the seat. Wrap the edges of the pad around

the outside of the seat.
Place the bases on a flat surface.

While pressing the button on the short tube of a base, insert it
•
into the long tube on another base. Continue to slide the short
tube into the long tube until you hear a
“click”
.
Repeat this procedure to assemble the remaining base to the

base assembly.

the elephant toy, spinning disc, electronic toy,
and spinning ball into the slots on the seat ring.
