You hear static or buzzing because
receiver is out of range of transmitter.
Note:
Range varies depending on
surrounding conditions such as noise
levels, physical obstructions and
signal interference.
Move remote control/
receiver closer to transmitter.
Hint:
If you cannot hear your child and all four dots do not light, your
receiver battery is weak. Replace receiver battery with a fresh, 9V
alkaline
battery or use AC adaptor for power source.
