• Fit the front axles onto the front frame.
Hint:
The front axles are designed to fit the
front frame one way. If one does not seem to
fit, try assembling to the other side of the
front frame.
• Insert two screws into each front axle
and tighten.
Wheels
Caps
• First, fit a wheel onto each front axle. Then, fit
a cap onto each wheel.
• Insert a screw into each cap and tighten.
• Insert and “
snap
” the handle into the slot in
the back frame.
Hint:
The handle is designed to fit one way.
If it does not seem to fit, turn it around and
try again.
