Hold Locator at a slight angle to the fence.

will appear.
Next move Locator along the fence line.
When a strong
Audio Tone
&
Red Led
appears this will indicate a possible
Vertical Target Object.
This unique feature also makes discriminating
between real targets and junk metal very simple.
A strong

&
Green Led
signal
from the fence.
Audio
&
Visual Signals from a Culvert
Culverts:
like other large metal objects send
out Interfering ferrous signals which could be
interpreted as the culvert. The (TIO) Function will
identify these false signals with a
Green Led
&
Mode Tone.
The
Culvert
will show a
Red Led
&
Audio Tone.
You can pin point the Culvert to within a couple
inches of it's center and along its entire length.
The further the distance between where the red signal ends and
where the green signal starts the deeper the tank is buried.
Example: If the
Green signal
starts
3ft
from where the
Red signal
over the lank stopped, then your tank is buried
3ft.
We recommend
digging in the
Green zone
first to avoid hitting the Tank or Steel
Drum. The deeper the tank/drums are buried the
Red Led
&
Audio
will become the only signal.
