Training with the E950
WARNING
Do not remove hands while crank is in motion. The Crank will continue to rotate and could
cause injury.
Removing hands before the crank comes to a complete stop while
training can cause injury. The crank is direct drive so as to allow
both forward and reverse rotation during workouts.
