2- Vacuum pump control box
2.1 Product description
The vacuum pump control box of the
F
IRE
F
LEX
®
VACTEC
®
system is factory wired and installed inside the cabinet at
the factory. It is located inside the cabinet on the upper
right side.
The vacuum pump can be switched on and off by the
manual switch
(G16)
(see section
D
VACUUM SUPPLY
).
It requires no service unless the electrical contactor
(G17)
actuating the vacuum pump needs a reset, or the fuse
protecting the 240VAC solenoid valve
(G2)
feeding the
water ring of the vacuum pump needs a replacement. The
vacuum pump
(G1)
will not operate when this fuse is
blown.
Note:
Always replace a blown fuse with another one with
the same size and parameters.
