Basic operation
Recording with the built-in battery
Starting manual recording
When you turn off the ignition or remove the cigarette jack cord, the black box operates with the built-in battery power. The yellow LED then
flashes for 30 seconds.
If you press the
▼ button, 3 minutes of video footage will be recorded from the moment you press the button, and will automatically be stored in
the
“camcorder”
folder on the memory card.
When you press the
▼
button, an alarm will sound and its LED will flash red for 3 minutes.
3 minutes after recording the video, only the
●
button LED will flashes in yellow, and the status will change to standby. If you press and hold
down the ● button for 2 seconds, the black box will shut down.
