Inspection of the vacuum unit
1.
Check the cleanliness and the functionality of the
filter
.
2.
Check the air sealing of the
tap
(after it has been closed check the
gasket
is perfectly lied down on the flange of the filter support).
3.
Check that the rubber
cuff
is well inserted on the pipe and check
the good air sealing of the
cuffs
on the vacuum motor as well.
4.
Check the good sealing of the gasket on the
squeegee plastic
pipe
.
Brush head adjustment Minny 420 - 520
1.
Adjustment of the spring tension of the belt:
-
Adjust the
spring
in order to have its length of 27 mm ( 1”).
2.
Adjustment of the spring on the brush head point of attachment:
-
Adjust the lock nut to have the length of the spring of 9
mm=1/3”.
-
The right adjustment guarantees a soft and gradual pitch of the
brush head.
