STARTING WORK (HYBRID VERSIONS)
To start working in battery mode, proceed as follows:
1.
Carry out all controls indicated in paragraph “PREPARING TO WORK (HYBRID VERSIONS)”.
2.
Sit on the driver’s seat.
3.
Turn the key (1) of the main switch until it is in position "I", in this case the type of power supply of the
machine is battery-powered. The control display on the instrument panel will immediately comes on.

At switch-on, three consecutive screens are displayed on the monitor. The first screen displayed
indicates the name of the machine.
WARNING: The battery power is particularly suitable for the cleaning of closed
environments, where inhalation of the exhaust gases of the combustion engine would
be harmful.

The second screen shows the total functioning time on the top line. On the bottom line, the release
of the program and the battery technology that has been set for the operation of the machine, in this
case gel batteries are used.

The third and last screen (known as “work”) displays the battery charge status and the total
functioning time. When the batteries supplied are fully charged, the bottom line contains ten light
indicators that represent a battery. As the batteries gradually run down, the indicators go out and,
with the batteries completely run down, only the battery outline flashes. The top line indicates the
hours and minutes of functioning. The flashing “:” symbol Indicates that the hour meter is counting
the machine functioning time.
7.
Lower the central brush until it is in contact with the ground, rotating the lever (2) clockwise.
8.
Pressing the forward pedal (3), the machine will begin to move.
As soon the forward pedal is pushed, the motor of the central brush and the vacuum motor will start
working. The machine will now work at its maximum efficiency level until the batteries run down.
