Insert the rain cover tubes into the top two holes of the carrier.
Fix it with velcro attachment. To ensure ventilation fix the PVC
on the top.
The seat height can be adjusted with the adjustment strap.
Pulling / tightening the strap, will lift up the seat and loosening
the strap will lower the seat.
The seatbelt must be adjusted accordingly to fit your child
correctly.
