EN

Instructions for correct use

CAUTION!

Blow garden waste / leaves on to a pile, which can then easily be disposed of.
Do not use the blower to blow hard items such as nails, screws or stones.
Do use the blower pointing in the direction of standing people or household pets.
Be especially careful when cleaning dirt from stairs and other narrow places.
Use protective glasses or other suitable eye protection, long pants and shoes.

The machine

Do not charge the machine in damp or wet locations.
Do not expose the battery to dampness or rain.
Remove or disconnect the battery before performing maintenance, cleaning or when
removing material from the machine.
Do not throw the battery into a fire. There is a danger of explosion. Ask your respective local
authorities or collection facility for more details about battery disposal.
Never open or damage the battery. The released electrolyte contains acid, which may cause
eye and skin damage. The acid is highly toxic.
When handling and storing the battery, ensure that it is not short circuited by conductive
materials such as rings, keys, coins. This creates the risk of the battery overheating, which
could lead to a fire.
Only charge the battery using the original charger supplied with this product.
Inspect damaged parts. Damaged or worn parts need to be replaced. Damaged parts of the
machine may only be replaced by an expert using original spare parts. Contact an authorised
service centre for repairs.
Use only original spare parts.
