Copying the phonebook
If you chose not to download the phone-
book during the phone pairing procedure,
or if you have recently deleted the phone-
book, the
USER DATA menu will con-
tain the COPY PHONEBOOK option.

To download a paired mobile
phone’s phonebook using manual in-
teraction, proceed as follows:
Select COPY PHONEBOOK and
then press SRC/OK or
ß
/MAIN .

Or, using voice interaction:
Press

, say “ Settings ” and af-
ter the message provided by the sys-
tem
say “ Download phone
book ”.
Adding contacts
If your mobile phone does not support au-
tomatic downloading during phone pair-
ing, the
USER DATA menu will contain
the ADD CONTACTS option.

To copy contacts from your mobile
phone to the hands-free system us-
ing manual interaction, proceed as
follows:
Select ADD CONTACTS and
then press SRC/OK or
ß
/MAIN .

Or, using voice interaction:

, say “ Settings ” and then,
after the message supplied by the
system, say “
Add Contacts ”.
Then follow the instructions in your mo-
bile phone manual on transferring contacts
from the phone to another device.
Resetting user data

To restore the hands-free system’s
initial setting, reset all user data and
phonebooks/contacts for paired
phones using manual interaction,
proceed as follows:
Select DELETE ALL and then
press SRC/OK or
ß
/MAIN .
The system will display the message
Delete all? . To confirm, press
SRC/OK or
ß
/MAIN .
