The manifold sub-base

switch the pilot air supply in a valve terminal VTSA.
Warning
Beware of electric shock and uncontrolled movements of components;
they can result in injuries.
•
Mount or dismount only in an unpressurised state and ensure power is
switched off.
•
Use only the components from this parts list.
Note
In order to avoid functional faults:
•
Make sure that:
–
only one manifold sub-base

is mounted per VTSA;
–
the manifold sub-base
1
is mounted on valve position 0 of the valve
terminal VTSA;
–
the manual override of solenoid valve

is non-detenting, via cover

Mounting of the manifold sub-base

Information
After mounting the manifold sub-base

and the solenoid valve

the pi-
lot exhaust air is always unducted, despite selecting "ducted exhaust air"
for the valve terminal, even when the seal on the solenoid valve

is ro-
tated.

As a result, the position of the
seal at the solenoid valve
6
is
not relevant for the "pilot air
switch-off" function.
•
Make sure that the seal

is
seated correctly.
•
Pay attention to the pressed-
in coding pin (A) in order to
mount the manifold sub-
base

in the correct posi-
tion.
•
Fasten the manifold sub-
base
1
to the valve terminal
using the screws

•
Fasten the solenoid valve

to the manifold sub-base
1
using the screws

•
Insert the blanking plugs

into ports 2 and 4 of the
manifold sub-base
