Teach-in process times
During the teach-in process, setpoint values are calculated from a time period. The procedure is used
to determine evacuation and air supply times
è
After starting the teach-in process, the times t
E
and t
B
are measured for each clock cycle. The times are
averaged over several clock cycles and stored as setpoint values for t
E
and t
B
. After completion of the
teach-in process, a function reserve of 100 % is added to the averaged values.

Teach-in process quality
In the air-saving mode, one or more process cycles are run within a defined period of time between
teach start and teach stop. The leakage times t
LE
are measured and used to calculate the process qual-
ity
è
In order to obtain the threshold value for the process quality warning, the process quality is addition-
ally assigned a function reserve of 25%.
