Storage station

11.8

Starting the sequence

Check power supply and compressed air supply.

Before aligning, manually remove the workpieces from the module and station transfer points.

Conduct the alignment procedure. The alignment procedure is prompted by the blinking ALIGN key and
is carried out after the key has been pressed.

Place a workpiece onto the beginning of the conveyor.

Start the separating station’s sequence. Start-up is prompted by the illuminated START key and is
executed after the key has been pressed.

Notes

•

The sequence can be stopped at any time by pressing the emergency stop button or

the STOP key.

•

You can select either continuous cycling (AUTO) or a single cycle (MAN) with

the help of the AUTO/MAN key switch.

•

The following applies when several stations are combined:

The individual stations are aligned in the order opposite the direction of material flow.

11.8.1

Start-up prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:

Visual inspection completed

•

Protective devices tested for correct functioning

Caution

If any damage is detected, danger of injury may occur during operation.

Malfunctions which may impair safety must be reported to appropriately trained
personnel and eliminated immediately!
