Variants of the MPA valve terminal with sub−D plug via which all valve
solenoid coils are centrally connected.
With fixed electric linking (a continuous linking board for all sub−
bases) only in size MPA1.
With modular electic linking (each sub−base has its own board) in
sizes MPA1 and MPA2.
Pneumatic interface The pneumatic interface is the interface between the modular
electrical periphery of the CPX terminal and the MPA pneumatics.
Pneumatic module module consisting of sub−base, electronic module, valve plate or
blanking plates
Blanking plate Plate without valve function for sealing non−usd valve locations on
sub−bases
Valve plate Plate with single−solenoid valve, double−solenoid valve or mid−posi
tion valve
Connecting the tubing Connecting the supply lines (tubing) to the MPA valve terminal
Supply unit Unit for additional supply of compressed air to the valve plates, e.g.
with several pressure zones
