Festo P.BE-CP-CO2-EN en 0107NH

Please note

Check within the framework of your EMERGENCY STOP
circuit, to ascertain the measures necessary for putting
your machine/system into a safe state in the event of an
EMERGENCY STOP.

– Switch off the load voltage of the valves and output

modules in the secondary circuit of the power unit.

– Switch off the compressed air supply to the valve

terminal.

When the load voltage is switched off, there may be a
delay before the valves are switched off, due to energy
being stored in the input circuit of valve terminals.

Take this into consideration, e.g. as follows:

– Register the fact that the load voltage is switched off by

means of an input signal in the controller.

– Block the control signal of the valves by locking the out-

put signal with the input signal “load voltage”.
