Installation
1. Place the separator plate without channel separation on
the guide sleeves of the end plate. Place the end plate on
the manifold block or expansion block. Make sure that
the separator plate(s) is/are seated correctly between
the components. In this way you can ensure that
the requirements of the protection classes (see
Appendix A “Technical data”) are fulfilled.
If you have fitted the CDVI with expansion blocks at a later
stage:
– From the M5 screws supplied, use those of suitable length
for fastening the right-hand end plate.
2. Place the M5 screws in the right-hand end plate.
3. Tighten the end plate at first by hand, so that the separator
plate lies evenly on the manifold block and on the end plate.
4. Tighten the screws with 3.5 Nm (+0.5 Nm).
