7.1 Spindle guard
A plexiglass guard protects the operator against contact
with the rotating tool or against parts ejected during the
machining process (Figure 13).
This guard is equipped with a micro-switch, which stops
the power supply to the machine when it is not in closed
position (protection of the spindle).

7.2 Spindle shaft guard
There is a recessed guard in the upper part of the head,
to protect the spindle shaft.

Accident
Before using the machine, always check the status and the proper operation of the spindle
guard.
