8.1.2 Handling loads with two trolleys

Trolleys

Art. 0654/..L and Art 0654/..F

are basically designed to be used together, in this

configuration,

Art 0654/..L

serves as the front axle and thanks to the rotating chassis it allows turns

without endangering the movement of the load, while

Art. 0654/..F

serves as the rear axle to ensure

high stability during manoeuvres even with extremely heavy and bulky loads.

The correct loading method using the following configuration is shown in the following figure.

With this configuration the load is of fundamental importance the adjustment of the load
supports Art.

0654/..F,

the load bearing surfaces must be placed as far externally as

possible without protruding from the outline of the load.
The chassis

art. 0654/..L

must be positioned exactly at the centre point of the load, so as

not to create lateral imbalances during handling.

Dropping a load

If a load placed incorrectly on the carriage incurs the risk of falling, which constitutes a
serious hazard for the operator and / or persons near the manoeuvring area
