4 COMMISSIONING
4.1 Installation
Open the support (ref. 4 in Figure 1) and rest the stripper on the workbench, making sure that
the switch (ref. 3) is in position "0".
5 HOW TO USE
5.1 Power On / Off
Insert the plug into a 230 V (50 Hz) socket.
To remove the plug, hold it by the body and never pull by the cord
(see Figure 2).

The paint stripper is equipped with a three position switch (ref. 3 in Figure 1) for turning it on
and the selection of the operating temperature. After connecting the plug, turn on the power
by positioning the switch to "I" to obtain a jet of hot air at 375°C approx. or "II" to obtain a
jet of hot air at 495°C approx.
To switch off the device, turn the switch to the "I" position for 3 minutes, then turn the switch
to "0".
After work is completed, always unplug the paint stripper and leave to cool completely before
storing in the box.
5.2 Paint stripping
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Before using the paint stripper, wear suitable clothing, a mask, gloves and goggles.
Workspace
Be familiar with the work area. The areas behind ceilings, floors, etc. can easily hide
flammable materials. Always check these areas before using the device.
Keep the work area clean, uncluttered and well lit.
