ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

FAULT

PROBABLE CAUSE

REMEDY

Insufficient air outlet

-Wrong speed selected on the control panel.

-Filter clogged.

-Flow obstructed (on the inlet and/or outlet).

-Select the speed on the control 

panel.

Fails to produce heat

-No hot water.

-Wrong setting on control panel.

-Check the boiler.

-Change setting on control panel.

Fails to produce cold

-No cold water.

-Wrong setting on control panel.

-Check the coolant.

-Change setting on control panel.

The fan fails to turn

-No power.

-In winter mode, the fan power supply depends 

on activation of the enabling thermostat (if 

installed). The ventilating action will only start 

when the temperature of the water reaches 34°C.

-Check the boiler.
