ATTENTION:
REMEMBER TO OPEN THE COCK AFTER REPLACING THE
FILTER: the pump only needs to rotate “dry” for a few seconds to be irremediably
ruined.
-
Every 500 hours approximately, also replace cap B, fitted with an air filter, if work
is done in dusty conditions.
-
After 1000 hours of operation or in any case every year, all the hydraulic oil must
be replaced, letting it flow out of cap C. On the occasion carefully clean the oil
tank.
-
Used oils and filters must be stored and disposed according to antipollution rules.

Replacing the motor pipes
WARNING:
The pipes to the hydraulic motor, in this case used for closed circuit hydrostatic
transmission and therefore involving the possibility of high operating pressures,
must be of the
R9
type. Replacing them with others of another type may result in
their breakage within a short period of time.
To replace the pipes proceed as follows:
1 - switch off the diesel motor
2 - shut off the cock located at the bottom of the oil tank supplying the hydraulic
pump
3 - replace the damaged pipe taking care to keep everything clean
4 - when replacement is complete
OPEN THE HYDRAULIC OIL SUPPLY
COCK
and start up the tractor
5 - allow the rotor to run for about 1 minute
6 - stop the rotor for about 1 minute
7 - carry out these operations at least 3 times (this is an important procedure
because it eliminates any build up of air in the hydraulic circuit).
IMPORTANT NOTICE
During replacement operations do not allow the pipes to come into contact with
dust, soil, etc.,: DIRT MAY CAUSE IRREPERABLE DAMAGE TO THE PUMP AND
HYDRAULIC MOTOR!!
