This chapter explains how to attach a sanding sheet, using the square sanding plate
as an example 2 .
1. Make sure that the product is switched off and also remove the rechargeable bat-
tery from the product.
2. If a sanding sheet is already attached to the sanding plate, lift the sanding sheet at
the side and take it off.
3. If necessary, clean the hook-and-loop fastener surface of the sanding plate.

4. Set the new sanding sheet

in the
middle of the square sanding plate

and press it carefully on. Make sure that
the dust extraction openings of the sand-
ing sheet and the square sanding plate
match up with each other (see
Fig. 9
).
The sanding sheet is now attached (or
has been changed).
