Preliminary warnings
• Ensure that the voltage shown on the appliance
corresponds to that of your home electrical
power supply.
• Disconnect the appliance from the power
supply before carrying out any maintenance
work.
• The power supply cable cannot be repaired
or replaced: if damaged, the whole appliance
must be replaced.
• The temperature of the liquid must not exceed
35° C.
• The maximum depth of immersion is 1 m.
• This appliance is for internal use.
• Ensure that your home is protected by an
automatic breaker switch with an operating
current of no more than 30 mA.
• When connecting the heater to the power
supply, ensure that the lowest point of the
cable is lower than the electrical socket so
that any drops of water do not accidentally run
down the cable and into the power supply.
• This product should not be used by
unsupervised children or unfit persons.
• This appliance can be used by children aged
from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children less than 8 years.
IMPORTANT
- Within the European Union, a crossed-out
wheelie bin symbol on the product, documentation or
packaging indicates that the product cannot be disposed of
in the regular household waste stream, in compliance with
EU Directive 2012/19/EC and with current local regulations. The product
must be disposed of at recycling centres or authorised waste disposal
centres for electrical and electronic equipment, in accordance with current
legislation in the country where the product is found. Incorrect disposal of
this type of waste can have a negative impact on the environment and
human health, caused by the potentially hazardous substances produce
by electrical and electronic equipment. Correct disposal of these products
will also contribute to the efficient use of natural resources. Further

and have been designed to ensure total respect for the health of the
fish and plants in your aquarium, with the utmost simplicity of use and
in absolute safety. Every pump has been designed, built, checked and
inspected in accordance with the EN 60335-2-41 international standard.
MAINTENANCE
Important
: always disconnect the plug from the power supply before
removing the pump from the water or carrying out any maintenance.
• Clean the intake grilles regularly, checking that they are not blocked.
• Clean the pump rotor every 3-4 months.
1 Remove the cover (on the BLUPOWER 900-1200 it is necessary to press the
button on the top of the pump - see figure
A
);
2 Take out the rotor and clean it with a soft brush and warm water (DO NOT
use detergents or abrasives).
3 Reassemble the pump.
