4.3 Attaching the Fixing Poles
to a POWERX (UK)
The is attached to POWERX (UK) using 2 extension poles
which are attached at the foot-end of the cot, fitted into the push-
pole storage frame.
1. Remove the trolley push poles from the storage frame at the
foot-end at each side of the cot.
2. Place a fixing extension pole into the storage frame
at each side (Figure 13), pushing the pole in far enough so that
the hole in the trolley frame lines up with the fixing hole in the
extension pole.
3. Using a 4mm hex wrench and the screws supplied, attach the
foot-mount to the top of the trolley frame, screwing through
the hole into the extension pole that is located inside the
storage frame (Figures 13 and 14).
4. Once the extension poles have been fixed tight in place, the
can be attached to the cot (Figures 15 - 17).
