4.1 general information
The table top and the table base (with cover) are shipped
in separate cartons. To assemble the table, follow the
instructions on this page and page 9.
Notee:
Two people will be needed to lift the table top onto the
table base during assembly.
4.4 Preparing the Table base
1. To lock the wheels, step on the end of the wheel-lock
pedal nearest the foot pedals. (See
Using the Wheel
Locks
, page 10.)
2. Pump the left pedal (Figure 2) to raise both jacks to
their full height.
Do not pull up on the jacks to raise
them.
Stop pumping when the jacks stop moving
upward.
Notee:
Raising the jacks to their full height will provide
easier access to the underside of the table top later in the
assembly procedure.
4.2 Hardware Provided
The hardware used to attach the table top to the base (Figure
1) is shipped in a bag attached to one of the mounting
brackets on the underside of the table top.

Pulling up on the jacks to raise them can force air into the
hydraulic system. Always use Only the left pedal to raise
the jacks. If one or both ends of the table will not raise to
the maximum height, see
