The reel (1) transports the crop into the table (2) and
towards the table auger (3).
The table auger guides the crop into the main crop
elevator (4).
The movable adapter (5) is attached on the main
crop elevator frame and ensures that the table can
follow the unevenness of the ground in the trans-
verse direction, regardless of machine position.
The adapter ensures that the table can cut off the
crop properly in varying harvesting conditions with-
out grain loss. The adapter is not used for maize
headers.
The elevator chain (6) transports the crop towards
the cylinder.
The stone trap, which is located in front of the
threshing unit, prevents stones or other heavy ob-
jects from entering the cylinder and thereby pro-
tects the internal components of the machine from
damage.
It can be emptied by means of a lever on the left-
hand side of the machine.
The stone trap can be removed easily to provide ac-
cess to the main grain pan and concave without
having to remove the main crop elevator.
The power take-off for the table is provided by
means of a strong and quiet Powerband belt.
The reversing mechanism, which are hydraulic/me-
chanical (activated by a switch in the armrest con-
trol panel), is user-friendly, functional and ensures
that the feeding unit is not overloaded.
By means of this device the main crop elevator and
the table can be reversed simultaneously, so that
accumulated crops in the machine are removed.

:
The references in the following refer to the figure in the section "Feeding".
The main function of the cylinder (1) and the concave (2) is to separate the grain from the straw, so that the
grain can fall through the concave and onto the main grain pan (3).
The cylinder is equipped with 8 rasp bars, fixed in a large diameter (600 mm), and it is also equipped with 8
backing bars.
This creates a high inertia, which easily compensates for changes in the load.
The concave has a wrap of 106°; the distance between the concave and cylinder can be adjusted on the input
and output side by means of two switches in the control panel.
The machine is supplied with filler plates with oval holes and these plates are used for crops that are partic-
ularly difficult to thresh. The plates must be fixed in the first two openings in the concave.
This enables a good separation of the crop and an even distribution on the full width of the main grain pan (3).
For maize and sunflower a special concave is used, containing concave wires with a diameter of 6 mm and
a distance of 24 mm between the wires.
