DIALING IT BACK
Based on a two-stage phaser released in 1975, this setting
emulates the mildest phaser tones that Waylon reserved for more
mellow songs. Phase shifting with only two stages provides a
more subtle effect, such as that heard on the Waylon & Willie
album (1978).
