Assembling gearbox (only applies to BOS 16-2) 

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Press grooved ball bearing (1) with shaft into housing. 

2.  Assemble circlip (2). 

3.  Assemble disc (3). 

4.  Press in the two grooved ball bearings (4). 

5.  Pull out sleeve (5). 

6.  Insert switch module (6) in groove of sleeve. 

7.  Insert guide pin (7). 

8.  Slide round seal ring (8) into groove of switch pushbutton (9). 

Tools: 

-  Circlip pliers 

-  Arbor press 

-  Sleeve
