Assembling gearbox (only applies to BOS 16) 

 

 

 

 

 

1.  Press grooved ball bearing (1) with shaft into gearbox housing. 

2.  Insert circlip (2). 

3.  Press in the two grooved ball bearings (3). 

4.  Insert all gear-wheels and clutch in gearbox housing. 

  Check clutch before inserting (see test instructions). 

5.  Insert circlip (4). 

Tools: 

-  Circlip pliers 

-  Arbor press 

-  Sleeve
