1.4. Start Update-Software „CYFX2Mfg“
•
After starting the software “CYFX2Mfg.exe” the following window will appear:

Please connect again the USB-Cable with the USB-Reader.
The update process will be started automatically.

Please wait until the message “Unplug Device” appears:
•
Press the “Exit”-Button to finish the program.
•
Disconnect the again the USB-Cable for about 10 sec.
Note:
•
The update process has now been finished. If you connect the reader again with the PC
Windows will ask for the device driver (as it is by a new reader). Please use now the little
CDROM with the device driver which has been send together with the reader.
•
To get the hole functionality (Scan Mode) you have to check if there is at least installed
the reader firmware version 1.01. If it is not please install the reader firmware version
1.01 by using the “OBIDFirmwareUpdateTool“.
