1. Programming of the USB Controller Firmware
With the update of the USB-Controller it is possible to use the USB-Reader ID ISC.PR/MR101 in
the scan mode. This is only necessary if you have one of the first USB-Reader ID ISC.PR/MR101
and the san mode is not available.
After that it is necessary to install the new reader firmware version 1.01 or higher. This can be
done with the “OBIDFirmwareUpdateTool” via the USB-Interface. This is described in the Applica-
tion Note „N30300-0e-ID-B.pdf“.
1.1. Installation USB_UpdateTool
Unzip the „ USB_UpdateTool_PR_MR101.zip “ with the option „use path specification“
