1.3 SAFETY WARNINGS SPECIFIC TO SANDING OPERATIONS

Do not use oversized abrasive paper for sanding discs. Follow manufacturers'

recommendations when selecting sanding paper.

Larger abrasive paper extending beyond the

sanding pad presents a laceration hazard and may cause blocking, disc tearing or kickback.

1.4 ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

- Never allow children to use this tool.

- Never allow people unfamiliar with these instructions to use this tool. Local regulations may

impose age restrictions.

- Please do not use this tool in the vicinity of people, especially children or pets.

- Before starting the tool, check that the power cable or lead extension is in good condition and

free from defects caused by ageing or external stress. Do not use the tool if the power cable is

damaged or worn.

- Do not place it on or near hot surfaces, or trap it in doors or windows. Do not bend it.

- If the power cable is damaged in any way during use, stop using the tool. Switch it off and

unplug the power cable.

- If the tool's power cable is damaged, it must be replaced with an original cable available from

your local service center.

- Never leave the unit unattended. If you leave the unit, switch it off and unplug it.
